Make sure your deliverable implements the Belgian legislation. You will be quoted on respecting and implementing legal aspects correctly:

  • General and specific information present (e.g. on “about” page)
  • General conditions are published (Dutch: “Algemene Voorwaarden”)
  • Revocation clause present
  • Comply to consumer protection legislation (Dutch: Wet handelspraktijken)
  • Privacy clause present (including approach for customer personal info revocation/change)
