6 ACT: seek opportunity
Goal
- Identify an e-commerce opportunity for an existing (B2C/B2B) business.
Instructions
- Your group for the e-commerce course activities should exist by now. Make sure this has been documented on Chamilo by joining the right group.
- You should have identified already a business by now and contacted them to ask authorisation. In case this hasn't happend yet, do deskresearch and have a little brainstorm. Form a first idea of a webshop opportunity for an existing business. Get inspired by reading subpage 1-5. Think about businesses (business people) you (might) know. You may also use the internet to gather ideas. Make sure you end up with an authorisation to build a prototype.
- Write down the business name and describe the business in detail (specify existing customers). Provide currenct URL if any.
Motivate your choice.
- List and explain at least 3 reasons why this business could benefit from setting up an e-commerce solution.
- List and explain at least 3 reasons why customers will benefit from this e-commerce solution
Proof (As part of your portfolio
- Build sub page “ACT 2: Webshop opportunity” as submenu of the menu “Activities” on your webshop. You need to wait with this till you have the webshop site running, which can be done a couple a classes from now.
- Fill in the table below and put it also on your subpage.
